Error code 80169D94

Hello !


Yesterday I try to enter my second redeem code. 3 month ago I bought my xbox and I enter my first 3 month redeem code, but now I cannot enter because I'm take that error  " 80169D94 "

 

Then I close my console and try to enter redeem code on xbox.com but still doesnt work, I cannot use my redeem code.

 

Can someone help me please?

That code usually means your account has been locked from making purchases. Go to billing.microsoft.com and update all of your information. Then call support, let them know what's going on, and see if they can unlock your account.
