I have recently been having trouble signing into my account on my xbox one. The past few days this has been happening but somehow fixed itself. However, all day today I was unable to sign into my profile. I have soft resetted my xbox one and it still doesnt not work. I am able to sign in on outlook and view emails, and my xbox one has internet connection, but I cant sign in. When i try to sign in by voice it does nothing for a while then tells me to use the controller, then when i do that it sits there with the spinning white circle before returning back to the sign in screen for a brief second, then goes back to the spinning circle before tellin me there was a problem trying to sign in. The error code is 0x80048051.
Note: my brother can sign in fine, but I cannot.
Also my Xbox one had a hard time running the Xbox Video app, resulting in blank tiles and occasional black screens, but this may be unrelated.
