Consola vetada nesecito ayuda

Buenas he llamado al numero de tenefono y me han dicho que pregunte aqui pk tengo la consola vetada, ya le comente al del telefono que la consola no esta modificada que es demostrable que se la puedo llevar al servicio tecnico de las palmas de gran canaria si hace falta me gustaria saber donde tengo que ir para que me miren la consola y me quiten la vetada de mi consola.
