Comprei um cartão de 12 meses e já faz dois dias que estou tentando resgatar esse codigo e sempre o mesmo erro.

Ocorreu um erro durante a transação. Tente novamente mais tarde.

Mas recebi pelo e-mail que já foi creditado os 12 meses... bagulho estranho nao acham!

Ai que tá vou ver na minha conta ainda consta como gratuita e quando tento entrar na live pelo xbox ou pelo site da esse erro!

Se alguem já viu isso antes me avisa ae FLW até

O cartão 12 meses que comprou serve realmente para conta Live BR?

Talvez seja melhor você ligar para o suporte Xbox Live... pq se vc está digitando tudo certo e a bagaça não funciona... talvez eles possam ajudar de alguma forma.

depois de 2 dias vc liga de novo e eles te mandam outro codigo e bom jogo!

Bom dia, Alguém sabe o que pode ter ocorrido? Comprei 12 meses de assinatura GOLD com cartão de crédito pela própria live (atualização para GOLD) a mais ou menos 1 mês atras e inclusive deu certo porque até baixei uns jogos por download no dia seguinte com ela, e hj fui ligar o XBOX e quando fui entrar no Multiplayer, deu uma viso que eu não podia porque minha assinatura não era GOLD. Caramba tô P da vida!!
