Accounts

I have a few accounts that I want to recover but I don't remember the what emails go to what accounts. The accounts I'm wanting to recover are "IAO DESIGNS", "IA0 DESIGNS", and "XBL CON FILE". I'm not sure if I'm even posting in the right area since I haven't used www.xbox.com in forever. Can someone please help me?

Ok so I figured out the stuff for the IAO and IA0 accounts but not the XBL CON FILE one. Something thats not fair is that some kid had hacked the IA0 DESIGNS account and even though I reported it as the kid was doing it, they couldnt prove it even after I gave them proof that the kid did and had been ddosing me.
