$2 For 2 Months - Need help

I recently just back onto xbox, knowing my payment for xbox live isn't active anymore. So I have seen the "$2 for 2 Months" Deal. When I tried getting it, I get this error code: 80190864. I get it for trying to get the $10.95 a month xbox live. My sister's boyfriend made a new xbox live account and he also tried doing the deal and he still got the same error code. We tried using both paypal and credit card and none of them work. Can somebody please tell me how to fix this. I have tried disconnecting for the internet, testing my connection to xbox live, restarting the console and deleting and recovering my gamertag to me xbox and none of these worked. Does anyone know a fix?

Just noticed, my sister's boyfriend gets this error; 80190126

and I get 80190864.

Two completely different errors.

@MuchKiteener199, there is no need saying you get the same error, it is completely off-topic.

Did you try clearing the system cache on your console?

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
