wont recognize my Gold subcription

as of today my console wont recognize my Gold subscription in certain ways. I cant do matchmaking in Halo 5 and the Home screen is telling me to "Go Gold.". however under subscriptions in the system settings it has my info and doesnt need renewed til March 22nd, i can also download the Free Games this month if i locate them in the Store. I've tried doing a soft reset and signing in and out and the problem persists.

That's definitely odd behavior for sure, and should not be occurring.  Are you able to reproduce this every time?  If so, can you please report this from the console the next time you see the behavior?  The information included with that report is essential for the developers to investigate.
