Some File Names Turned Blue in Windows Explorer?

Some files in Windows Explorer have turned blue.  The weird thing is that only a few files on my computer are appearing like that.  The rest are in the normal back colored font.  All of the settings for the files' properties are the same, and they still run the way they are supposed to.  I've kept up with my regular computer maintenance, including disk cleanup, disk defragmenter, disk check, and anti-virus scans.  Why have file names turned blue?

Open Folder Options in Control Panel.
> Start > Settings > Control Panel. > Folder Options.
> View tab
de-select "Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in colour"

3rd option from bottom

Click on Apply -  File Names will be black.

NTFS files in blue are compressed, green are encrypted and those in red can only be accessed by Windows.

To remove the colours go to Folder Options > View Tab and scroll down to ‘Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color’.
