Some File Names Turned Blue in Windows Explorer?

Open Folder Options in Control Panel.
> Start > Settings > Control Panel. > Folder Options.
> View tab
de-select "Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in colour"
3rd option from bottom
Click on Apply - File Names will be black.

NTFS files in blue are compressed, green are encrypted and those in red can only be accessed by Windows.
To remove the colours go to Folder Options > View Tab and scroll down to ‘Show encrypted or compressed NTFS files in color’.
