windows 8 always auto logs in last user at start up

I have windows 8 Pro installed on a home PC with 5 users and every time you turn it on it gets to the lock screen and then straight away automatically logs in to the last user that was using it before shutdown.... if the account has a password it acts like it was clicked and asks for the password straight away... but if the account that was being used doesn't have a password it gets up to the lock screen on boot and then logs into that account without me even touching anything...
