Why can't I download a software to my PC?

Why cant I download a sowftware in my PC

1. Which software are you referring to? Is the issue specific to a particular software?
2. From where or from which website are you trying to download the software?
3. Are you using Internet Explorer as a web browser?
4. Was it working fine earlier?
5. Do you recall any changes made to the computer prior to the issue?
6. What exactly happens when you try to download the software? Do you receive any error message?
7. What is the make and model of the computer?
 
 
 
To download software for your computer you may always visit the computer manufacture's website.

Do you mean download, or install a program?  Are you getting any error message that you can tell us exactly what it says?

yes,  when trying to download it says to run but there is no run

Can you save the download setup to your computer and then install the game from the hard drive?

What is the download URL of the game at msn?

There is also a possibility that the software you are trying to download is not yet compatible with Windows 10. You may need to ask your company's IT Team to help you with this matter.
