Extra router showing up in "Network Infrastructure"

Hi folks,
When I open up Windows Explorer in Windows 7, and navigate to "Network", I have a list of
computers, media devices, and network infrastructure in front of me. In particular, an extra router
is listed (not mine). I've never connected to any other wireless network besides mine. In fact, I
1) renamed my SSID
2) made my SSID hidden
3) changed my WPA2 password
4) changed my router's password
It is still there. I have no idea why. It lists a Belkin router (not mine) and a Linksys router (which
is mine).
