Method 1: Please follow the steps to start the DNS Client service:
1) Click Start
2) Click Run
3) Type services.msc in the text box
4) Click OK or hit Enter
5) Scroll down to DNS Client and double click it
6) Select General tab and select Startup type: Automatic
7) Click Apply
7) Finally at Service Status Click Start (if it is stopped)
