How to Change Active Title Bar Text Color in Windows 10 Fall Creators Update?

Hi,

I need to change the Active Title Bar text color in Windows 10. Following is a screenshot on how I do on Windows 7. What are the steps on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update?

Thanks,

The Active Title Bar text color is saved at the following registry entry. After updating this value, you need to log off and log back in to see the change.

You don't need to go into the registry.  Just do the easy friendly way by right-click Desktop and choose Personalize (just like Windows 95 onward).  Then just click Colors and Pick the color you want to be used for the active title bar.

The only thing that's "new" is that you can optionally scroll down and choose "show color on title bar" or not.

Done!

Why are people always wants to mess up with the registry? If you want to play with text and config files... Use Linux.

I need to change the active title bar TEXT color, not the active title bar color. Also, I need to change it on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (version 1709), not any of the previous Windows 10 versions. Thanks!

In that case, Chen's reply is the most direct option.  Or you could use a program such as Stardock WindowBlinds (they are a Microsoft partner company, and their product can restyle the entire Windows interface).

I followed the steps provided on the example. The options presented are not present on my version of windows 10. Am I missing some options? If so, how do I open or install them? I use Firefox as my browser.
