windows apps keep crash in tablet mode

some apps like photo and music keep crash when i using tablet mode, but if i use desktop mode the apps work perfectly...

1. Do you get any error message?

Method 1: Run the Windows App Troubleshooter

I suggest you to download and run the app troubleshooter from the below link and check if it helps.

Method 2: Check for New Windows updates and optional updates.

Windows Update helps keep your computer up to date with the latest system updates and drivers. You can check Windows Update manually to help ensure you have the latest updates.

1. Hit Windows Key and type
2. Type Windows Updates.
3.  Click on Windows Updates
4. Click on Check for updates and install the latest windows updates.

Also I request you to provide Event logs.

1. Type View Event logs on Search.

2. Double click on Error.

i open all my apps in tablet mode and i found that only photo and groove music apps keep crash and take time to open sometimes

Follow the Method below and check if that helps.

Perform a Clean boot and check if it helps.

Perform a clean boot to check if any third party application is causing the issue, as clean boot helps in eliminating software conflicts.

Note:  Refer "How to reset the computer to start normally after clean boot troubleshooting" to reset the computer to

start as normal after troubleshooting.
