Office 2013 SP1 upgrade on windows 7 64 issues with outlook after install.

Hi

I need to understand if anyone else had issues with outlook 2013 after installing office 2013 SP1. It was released on Friday 28 February.  Everything else works but Outlook just hangs on "loading profile". I can enter in safe mode and I have disabled all the add-ins but still cannot get in Outlook if I do not use safe mode.  Any help would be appreciated, else i will rollback change.

We have found the issue to be with the "Aero Theme" when we set the theme to Windows 7 Basic, we do not appear to have this issue. Has anyone else experienced this result? Please Uncheck 'Enable Desktop Composition". This seems to have the same effect.
