What is the version of Outlook installed on the computer?
What type of email account is configured in Outlook? E.g. POP/IMAP/Exchange
To check email on the internet you may have to login to the email provider’s web page and sign in using the email account and the password.
If you have any issue in signing in to the email provider’s webpage, you may have to contact them for further assistance on the same.

Do you work for Dyncorp international???
Deepa is correct if it is pop, imap then login to webpage to check emails
If exchange then you need have permission so that you can access via outlook web access....
