Wrong in system cant download?

Okay lets start like this, i live in sweden, and i want the "Lynx" profile & theme pictures, but we dont have those in sweden and i wanted to download it and i went in as uk, and it only came up as this
, and ideas what this means? and why cant i download it? I WANT IT SO BADLY, and its even free :(

International, copyright, license, local and government laws all play a part in what is and is not allowed in each region. That said there is a reason why that theme isn't available in Sweden. Most likely that content is region locked and the only way you will be able to get it is to go to the UK as REGION LOCKED content requires you to meet ALL of the criteria to get it.

So if it is region locked you must have a UK account and actually live in the UK. If it were a game then you would also need to have that region version of the game as well.
