Well, I don't have 80 Speech or Barter, so I need 100 pieces of scrap metal. I already got about 70 on the floor of the resturant at camp McCaren (I lost so much karma from stealing tin cans). Does anyone know any other place I can get scrap metal, tin cans, etc. for this quest?

You can find all the tin cans you need at the Aerospace Office Park located southeast of the sharecropper farms.
