Ok so these are all of the tools in GTA 5 Knife,Nightstick,Hammer,Baseball Bat,Crowbar,Golf Club according to the Grand Theft Auto 5 Limited Edition Guide but I dunno where to get them exactly?

Knife and nightstick are right there in any weapon store to buy. Not sure about the club or others.

Knife, nightstick and hammer in ammo-nation. Baseball bats are at gasstations the crowbar is at Bell Farms factory in Paleto Bay. The Golf Club is obvious.
