My children play black ops so thought i would give the game a go, to my dismay whilst playing as i was inexperienced and obviously low in rank i was abused and ridiculed by the so called gaming family, thanks everyone in the game for the abuse   rest assured i will not be bothering you again

Nowadays it seems like there are more turds in the punchbowl than actual punch.  Don't let the awful community ruin the game for you.  Setting your communications to "Friends Only" will permanently mute everyone except your friends, allowing you to play in peace.

[/quote]There are several profile options you can set so your children cannot communicate with anyone at all, or just people on their friends list, there are also in-game options you can use, you can also use the feedback system to report other users for innapropriate behaviour.
