New to Red dead!

So I just got back into xbox live and this game I enjoy a lot online. Im new to the online play in general but I enjoy the challenges more a less the hunting ones. Couple of questions, where can I kill rabbits? and the wolf boss I go in the red zone but all I see is regular wolfs do I have to wait in one area or look around? Also what is the fastest way to level up ( I try to google it but its posts from a long time ago and don't apply anymore)  If anyone plays and wants to add me to help me out Id appericate it also.

Rabbits are all over the plains. Just ride around and you'll come across one. For the wolf boss, you must kill all the regular ones first, then the boss will show up. This is the same for all the legendary animals. Fastest way to level up is to wait until there is a triple XP event which they normally announce on facebook and twitter. Then grind your way through Pike's Basin gang hideout.

I find the most rabbits just outside of towns.
