27/05/2011 Today I went to
play my call of dutty Black OPS on
myconsole and requested an update from live as I
did and now none ofmy
games they want to get
the screen is showing "XBOX 360" what
should I do?
Update the unlock?
Help because I'm really
into playing again my favorite
games

My games are not picking up after I did an update please help me!

Just to clarify, absolutely none of your games work anymore since the new dashboard update?.
If the console has never been tampered with then phone support for your region OP, they will be able to help you with this.

yes, all my games are not picking up after this update, the console screen is written "XBOX360"and I do not know what to do.

You will need to phone support for your region Tavare. If you are in the US its 1800 4MY XBOX.
If that's not your region click on the support link at the top of the page, the correct number will be listed there under 'contact us'....
