Im having a tough time playing CoD Black ops online

Ok so my problem is when i play any game mode online (example... TD, HQ, Demolition.) i am always placed on a team that are low level like 1-3rd prestige and the whole entire other team is VERY high level like 13-15 prestige. This is happening frequently only on Black ops. I have never had this problem with any other CoD game. To be more specific, in HQ every game ive played my team lost 250-0....the whole other team had gold weapons and called in multiple KS at a time. In Demolition the game is very prolonged and one guy on the other team has over 80 kills. in TD it doesnt happen as often but the the other team wins by over a 5000 point lead. I am only 1st prestige but i am considered a good player but not good enough to fend off a entire team of high level low lives that are probably using hacks while my team is not doing anything about it but getting slaughtered. Dont try and tell me though that i was just unlucky and put in a bad game but im put in these games ALL THE TIME. But, if it makes a diffrence it happens most often in HQ.
