It is a blatant violation of the user agreement I and Microsoft made when I signed up for Xbox Live. I am currently looking into filing a class-action lawsuit against 343 Industries and Xbox Live/Microsoft for breach of contract and violation of the user agreement. Anybody who is interested in getting in on this lawsuit please reply to this thread before Microsoft blocks it because they are afraid of the truth. They are getting sued and it will not go well for them. If they had halfway decent customer service it might not have come to this. Too bad for them.
