GoT Season 1 e1-6

"Thank you for that information, for the Game of Thrones Complete First season,our engineers are aware of this issue. we have checked the content and the file size is zero, for this we will be processing the refund for the complete season. the price advertised on the web site was just for one episode and we are currently having it updated with out engineers."

 

It was an error and they will be refunding everyone. I am getting it down while on a chat.

For the refund request, the customers will have to contact us for us to be able to process the refund,as we will need to pull up the account details and check the transaction history of the account.

Via the Chat service [ support.xbox.com/.../contact-us ] regarding the refund:

"This should reflect on your account in 24 to 72 hours the most."

I received notification from PayPal within two minutes of ending the chat session.

Strange - I purchased for AUS$6.65 and initially it did not work. However, I just went to 'Manage' again and the 3 eps totalling 6.5 GB were there. Downloading now.
