WHEN I GET TO THE DWELLER CAMP IN MISPEAK THE CLOTHER ARE NOT ON THE RACK SO I CAN NOT GO ANY FUTHER PLASE HELP.

Try clearing your system cache i had a similar problem and this fixed it.

System settings> Memory> Device options> Clear cache.
