Download Stops at 21% every time!

Hey, I've just purchased Banjo Kazooie: N n B from the Xbox Live Marketplace, however everytime I download Banjo Kazooie: N n B on my Xbox 360 I begin the download and let it run. It stops at 21% every time I download it. If I resume the download it doesn't go beyond 21%. If I delete and restart the download it still stops at 21%. I am downloading this game from the Xbox Live Marketplace and I have plenty of memory on my hard drive. I am downloading this on a 250 GB harddrive on my Xbox 360 Slim. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this? I've tried 8 times now!

Is this the only content you have issues with or does it always stops at 21% whatever you are downloading?

If you are connected to your network via wireless then I suggest for the purpose of this download you connect to it wired and try again. Someone else had this issue with a different game and was using wireless, once they connected wired they had no problem completing the download.

I have this same issue with the Ridge Racer 6 music addon. I tried to connect it wired and it worked until it struck it up again. It's probably the server issue somewhere.
