Default Download Location

Hello

I was just wondering if it is at all possible to change the default location for downloads? I have a external hard drive (which for some reason I have to disconnect then reconnect on the XBOX's start-up) and I want to keep my downloads in that one place, but it keeps going to the internal flash drive.

Thanks in advance
Leon

You can do that but you will have a little problem...

External dispositive have only the format 32 GB (if you have a external hard drive whif 500 GB of space the xbox format and uses only 32GB!!!

If you still want to do that go to settings memory in the beginshows the space of dispositives if i reember right you have a option (i can´t remember in that screen or inside of memory you want make "principal")to config a dispositive to be the main memory.

I hope i help you and forgive my bad english it´s self learnerd.

Question?

When you download anything that show the dispositives atached in your 360?(don´t spam A, when confirm your download or you can´t see that screen).

if you don´t have you can "force" that same way go to settings option go to memory in memory transfer manualy (game by game) the saves and contents from one dispositive to another you want!!!

I strong recomend to end your problems buy the MS hard drive 320 GB you will have a lots of space(some markets ofer a game inside the hd)and have over that problem.

You in this moments quests...why i am not use my external hd, because MS only disponibilize in external dispositives (all of them!!!)a space of 32GB (if you maintain the external that will be "particionate" in lots of number of "memorys" and you still have the same problem!!!

Buy a MS hard drive and be happy(costs a little more than a "normal" PC dispositive of that category but saves you a lots of problems of space and compability!!!).
