Corrupted DLC

So... Here's the issue:

My room-mate owns the xbox, and went out and bought all the downloadable content for her games, and the DLC was all downloaded onto her account. But whenever I go to play the game (for example Dragon Age: Origins) it won't allow me to have any of the download content that she bought and saved on the hard-drive (and there is only one hard-drive) and it says that the DLC was corrupted. Is this because she and I have two different Gold accounts on the same xbox? Or is it because my profile is corrupt?

Please, I would like some answers. Help a novice!

Have you guys every switched consoles? Or are you using the same Xbox that the DLC was downloaded on?

Oh! My room-mate had transfered her account to the new xbox once she bought it. When it came to the downloading stuff, she had downloaded everything to the old xbox and used a flashdrive to transfer all the DLC to the new one. Everything worked for her except for one of the DLC which had been previously downloaded by a separate account while she was using the old system; however she just went out and got points to purchase that one that wouldn't work. Everything else seems to be working on her account, but not on anyone else: it just says it's corrupt.

Could having transfered profiles to different consoles be the issue?

It's a licensing issue. She just needs to do a license transfer from her account by going to http://xbox.com/drm and following the instructions.
