cant use my preaid credit card

Check the website for the prepaid card. You may have to add your address to the card and authorize it for online purchases before it can be used.

the thing is that i have already used other prepaid card once and it worked perectly!

Most prepaid debit/credit cards will not work with the console, as they don't allow for online and/or recurring payments. You can contact the provider for more info, or try a different payment method.

i contacted and they said that this card ALLOWS online payments. it is created for this kind of payments. weird thing is that yesterday i managed to get myself 500 microsoft points with this card but after this it doesnt work again. maybe some xbox live lag??

ah also theres one thing that bothers me very much: whenever i try to manage my primary account i get message on screen that theres some mistake, but when i do same thing with other accounts it works perfectly!!! whats the reason o all these?! im sure this is why i cant use my prepaid card! please help me

its doing the same thing to me and i have 4 valid cards in that the companies said should work and ive used them before  on xbox live i cant get any ms points and its says contact ur service provider and they said it should work what is wrong with xbox live this is the third day in  a row it hasnt worked

Online purchasing is one piece of the issue here, but do they allow for recurring payments? Payment methods for Xbox must allow this as they may be used to buy recurring Xbox LIVE subscriptions.

yes, my cards allow reccuring payments. but the trouble is in xbox.com theres some lag there or a something

If you continue to have issues with your prepaid credit card, I'd recommend trying a different payment method. If you don't have one, you could use your prepaid credit card to purchase prepaid LIVE time cards or points cards instead. Sorry for the inconvenience!
