Can't unlock full game!

I am having trouble unlocking the full version of Sonic the Hedgehog.  I purchased the game in October of 2010, and played it for a while with no problems, getting most of the achievements.  A few days ago I tried playing it again, but when I started the game it said that I had the trial and needed to download the full version, I selected download again. but still had the same problem.  I then deleted the files, cleared the cache, restarted, downloaded again, and still had the same problem.  This is the only game I am having trouble with.

Anyone else having problems?

Any solutions would be greatly  appreciated.   .

Have you had a new console since you have downloaded it? If so the answer is that you would need to transfer the licenses for the games. Once you do this you may be required to re-download any arcades games etc but you should have the full game again.

This sort of thing needs to be on the sheet that comes back with a console that's been sent in for repair. Thanks!

I believe they are supposed to send something about it when you send it in for repair. They're supposed to do a manual transfer for you when you get your console repaired and should send something back about that.
