the reason why its out is because i have come so far on my current account and i really don't want to start again

@ Mister Gwyther that link just told me what i already know i changed the online safety to adult and i tried downloading mafia II demo and dragonage 2  both said "this account is not permitted to download content with this rating".  now i usually don't download demos i am just hoping it won't interfere with me downloading  the Escalation map pack that would..irritate me. i hope you guys can fix this i mean you should be able to.  again me starting all over  with another account is unacceptable

If it's paid for DLC then double check all of your family settings. You should be able to download that. If it's free demos and trailers, you have to wait until your account is 18.

Yes so creation of a new account which does not need to be gold but would only be used for demos you do not need to change to the new account you just need it for demos
