iam facing problem to redeem the code as the exbox asked me to fill the address and gives me only usa areas

Sorry to hear about your problem.

But, could you please provide more details:

Most codes are region restricted - in other words, they can only be used in certain areas, like the U.S.

If you are being asked for an American address, then this is probably the case.
