xbox one hardlocked and crashed gears of war ultimate what should I do

Hi Sydneyblue203,

Sorry you're having issues with your Xbox One. If it's hard crashed on the home screen, please try doing a hard reset. To do this, with the Xbox on hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds until it shuts off. If it doesn't shut off, unplug the console from the wall, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
