XBOX Live Anmeldung klappt nicht

Hey Leute!

 

seit knapp 2 Wochen kann ich mich nicht mehr bei Xbox live anmelden...

Mein Profil wird ohne Probleme geladen, ich kann mich über xbox live am Pc anmelden, nur zu Hause von der Konsole aus funktioniert es nicht.

 

Ich habe nichts am Router umgestellt etc. der Netzwerktest läuft bis zum Xbox Live verbindung sauber durch.

habt ihr ne Idee, nen Tip oder sonstiges?

Gibt es denn Fehlermeldungen ?

Schon mal versucht das GT zu löschen und dann zu retten ?

die Fehlermeldung nennt sich: "Beim Anmelden ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.Versuchen Sie es erneut.Wenn das Problem weiterhin besteht, besuchen Sie......"

was meinst du mit GT löschen und dann retten?

deinen gamertag auf der konsole löschen und dann auf bei xbox live anmelden gehen dort gamertag retten email und passwort von deinem account eingeben und neu laden könnte sein das dein profil beschädigt ist hatte ich auch schon mal da hat der vorschlag von MasterScorp1982 geholfen

hey, danke für den hinweis. ich habe gerade den router getauscht, weil ich die Fritzbox schon ne ganze weile hier rumliegen habe. auf einmal geht wieder alles...warum auch immer
