SOMEONE USING MY ACCOUNT

Hi

Its hard to explain but here goes J

 

I had an account for 5 years, I recently sold my x box due to unforeseen circumstances but I forgot to delete my account with all my downloads on…Iv recently got back onto xbox but noticed the guy (Who I do not do have contact details for) is using my profile to play games, I set up another profile using the same email address while I waiting for COD3 to come out so I could also by a membership at the same time and then I was intending to put my new membership on my old account.

 Iv come onto x box live changed my password for my old account thinking this would stop the guy from using it but its not and he is still on it and not replying to any of my messages….Now iv got MW3 and a 14 month membership but I don’t want to put it on this new profile as my old one has got everything on…

 How can I stop him from using it?

I'm not sure but . recovering the gamertag to another console might work, I think the gamertag can only be on one console at the same time, and you need the password to recover it.

If you feel that somebody has gained unauthorized access to your Xbox Live account contact phone support immediately. They will ask you a series of security questions and start investigation.

Hi

The thing is because iv set this profile up using the same email it will just recover this one and not my other account, I came on here and deleted my old account thinking it would throw him off so i could recover it, but it has not and he is still online using my XP points that were on ther.....Is there anything i can do using this website, i have a really bad stutter so phoning would be very difficult and i cant get no one else to fone...All advice welcome and  thanks for the responces.

What I know is that, there can only be one profile connected to an email address.

As far as I know is that the only thing that might work is what The Sovereign I said, that is calling Xbox Support. You could try suggesting it to do it via email because of your stutter, maybe they will allow it, but to start you need to phone them :-/
