Sign in is blocked.

So, ill tell the story. My second account that im still PAYING FOR though i've been unable to use, Rage Problems, has had some sign in problems. It got deleted off my xbox by mistake, and I tried to go recover it, and it said "There is a problem with the credentials you are trying to use" so I thought ok, I'll just go reset the password. I reset the password SUCESSFULLY  and then, I tried recover it again with the new password, but yet it still said the same thing. I then attempted to sign in on: Xbox.com and accounts.live.com and I got the same error saying "Sign-in is blocked" and it said something about someone entering the wrong password too many times. Its been 11 days since i've been on my account, ive called customer support multiple times and ive gotten a million different things like someone said to wait 48 hours then try, i  tried that but still got the same error. one guy told me my account was under investigation but it turned out it wasn't. and then a lady told me there was nothing she could do and told me to make a new account. If someone could help it would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I have same problem, but not as bad. Gotta wait on a phone call tomorrow :(.

Was Rage Problems really on the Xbox 360 and NXE launch teams? I doubt it, as I'd think such a person would know better than to modify their gamerscore: all Call of Duty World at War, CoD 4 Modern Warfare, and MW2 achievements were unlocked on 2011-02-21, for example. I also don't think the Launch Team stuff would have happened on 2011-03-11. 


If you unlocked the Launch Team achievements without deserving them, the profile will likely get permanently suspended rather than just gamerscore reset, as it is a form of impersonating Microsoft staff.

I was not the one who did that, and ive tried removing that crap multiple times but it doesnt seem to get deleted. and that has nothing to do with why i cant recover the account.

Have to agree with Danno there - Rage must have some kinda enforcement on it.

You could try posting in the Account Suspension forum and see if you get a response, that's if the account is currently suspended.

Its not suspended that i know of, I mean it doesn't have Code of Conduct on the profile or anything and I never got an email. Oh well I give up. I'll just make another spare account.

Same for my brother known as MIGHTY CRAFTER, whenever he tries to sign in on xbox it says theres a ''problem'' with his microsoft account and to go to ''account live.com'' for help. So he goes to that and types his stuff in and says his account is ''blocked''. So basicly if he can't get this sorted by November he's *** xbox one and buying PS4

Yeah XBOX thanks for being so flippin stupid plus you don't need to pay extra on playstation to play with your friends online. SO if XBOX want's us to buy XBOX one they'd better make online play FREE.
