Hello, I am the parent account for my son's account. He recently turned 18, and should be able to promote his account to full adult status. I have read threads that suggest I find the "promote account" option, but I have not been able to find it either on his account pages or mine. Is there a way that I can promote his account from xbox.com? Thanks.

The promote account option should be on his account under Settings/Account. This will only be available if the birth date on the account indicates that the child is 18 years or older. Is it possible that the birth date is incorrect?
