Offline/Online Account merging

So I started with an offline account and racked up lots of gamer points and achievements, then I got an Xbox live gamertag (same name too) and thought they were the same and everything was great....i didnt realize till later that they were different. Ive heard that this can be done, someone please help. They both have the same gamertag (Recal) so no name change needed.
