LOCKED - LOVE how quickly you guys get back to me

i posted on the suspension forum about my gamerscore on sunday, then monday, and no response. obviously its been more than 24 hours....let them know i need a response

If your suspension is only a 24 hour suspension, they will not respond to the post.

All threads that are posted in the forum are reviewed and can take up to more than 24 hours to be answered.

Not pertaining to a suspension, like i said its an issue with my gamerscore. And of course they aren't responding to this either.

Scratch that I see the XBL Comm. Ambassador, but please ask them to respond.

The only people who can answer your question are the XBLPET and they'll just point you toward this page www.xbox.com/.../Cheating

I'm aware, it's not about my gamerscore getting reset per se it has something to do with that though. I made sure to include in my post not to put the generic "responsible for your account punishment will stand as issued" but obviously they didnt post it or i wouldnt be here.

Well if you believe what ever happened to your account took place when it was not in your possession then you could open an Unauthorised Access case with Support support.xbox.com/.../call-us.aspx

I know im responsible for my account thats not what im asking for. All i posted about on the suspension forum was asking if i was possibly able to be allowed to earn my achievements back. I've called and posted numerous times with no real answer

Ah well that is simple, I apologise for misunderstanding before.

 

You can't regain any achievement that was present on your account at the time of the reset.

 

The only option to earn them again is to start a completely new account.

It'd only be a guess but I'd say that it is done that way to make it a harsher punishment in order to dissuade the person from doing it again.
