Help!!!!!! problem with games on demand!!!!

I just bought a little over 4000 ms points to download Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, only to find that after its finished downloading to my HDD (trust me I checked my usb its not there) its not in my Games library, System Settings, download history, and when I go back to the marketplace to download it, it wants me to buy it again! Please Help!

4000 pts!?? after like 2 years?? O.O. Anyways, seems like a lot of people are having problems with the dashboard, and the marketplace. Just be patient and I'm sure there'll be an answer/solution soon.

Even games like NHL 11 will NOT work

as the Code you use for premium access features for the game, comes from the marketplace EVERYTIME you sign into EA Servers, in which EA Servers needs to connect to marketplace to validate your code

So Games from EA or THQ may not have full function at the time this is happening with the marketplace, as it relies on validating your online pass for those games that need it.

But with your problem, try going to www.billing.microsoft.com and see if your microsoft points are still in there and check to see what you used them on if they are not in your current balance.
