help me

i have recently been away and when i came back i went onto xbox live and it said my account had been recovered by someone else then i recovered it and then it says i have been suspended untill 31/12/9999 so someone hacked me now i am banned. i have posted on forum 14 and they said to open an Unauthorized Access case. where can i find one of these and can you help me get unbanned because i had nothing to do with the matter thankyou

You need to phone support to get one of them under way. It'll take up to 30 days to finish and you won't get your account back until the investigation is finished.
