Error Status Report W:0000-0021, X:0000-F001, Y:20A8-48E0, Z:0000-0000, ID: FFFF-FFFF

Hi,

I have a problem connecting to Xbox Live.

I recently moved to Manila and bought a new Xbox (my regular one is in Sweden which I have connected to Xbox Live from for years). I recovered my GameTag and it managed to find it based on my email/password so that seemed ok. However, only the GameTag was restored, it did Not get any of my profile info such as previously played games etc.

When I test to connect to Xbox Live, everything is looking just fine and it gets all the way. When I try to sign in however, it just keeps spinning and spinning.

I had a look at the Error Status Report and it read as follows:

W: 0000-0021
X: 0000-F001
Y: 20A8-48E0
Z: 0000-0000
ID: FFFF-FFFF

Can anyone make any sense of this?

I tried turning it and the router on and off. Tried using openDNS. Tried resetting connection and starting all over. Tried using wired and wireless internet.

Hey Hans! Unfortunately, the Republic of the Philippines is not a LIVE-enabled region. You may not be able to access Xbox LIVE from that location. For more information on locations where LIVE is available, please visit: www.xbox.com/.../countries

Is there a possibility to connect via a proxy outside of Philippines?

Hazz3, proxies are not supported. I'm afraid Xbox LIVE is just not ready for the Phillipines.

J3SS377, more information would be required. However, these forums work best when you create a new thread with a first post of your own, as the original poster's problem and solution, although similar, is very different in detail than yours. Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" press “Y” for "More Info”. In the pop-up that appears, what are the following values, if shown? (If a value below does not appear for you, just leave it blank.)

W: 0000 - 0021

X: c000 - 4003

Y: 0000 - 0000

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID: 0001 - 0003

L: 0015 - 10f1

Q: 8007 - 0435

T:  wireless

D: 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

S:  No security

C: 6
