Error "first name not vaild" Someone Help!

Hey guys!

Soooo I signed up for xbox live online right now, how do I transfer the information to my xbox? I go to xbox live sign up on there, and when it says put in your first name I put in my name and it says its vaild..What am I missing? I'm putting my actual name in there... should it be my xboxlive name.. or what? Confused o.0 Someone help...I wan to play COD so bad..Thanks! :)

If you create your account on the website, you need to then Recover your Gamertag to your XBox. This link will explain how to Recover your Gamertag:
