i went to go on Xbox today and i couldn't sign in. i reconnected my Xbox to my router to see if that would help but it dint. it said test connection or re download your profile so i went to download profile and it came up with 'sorry cant download Xbox
live profiles' there was a number which is 80070005 which i now know is corrupted profile. so i went to Xbox live to support to see if there was a solution and there was. it said go to settings/storage/profile then delete profile but only 'profile only' but
my profile wasn't there when i went to delete it. i have worked so hard on this account and i really don't want to loose it. if anyone can help it will be most appreciated.
