Cartao de credito invalido e nao foi possivel autorizar a opção de pagamento

nao foi possivel autorizar a opção de pagamento selecionada. selecione outra opção de pagamento ou adicione uma opção nova

esse problema da pelo xbox 360

e no Computador (xbox.com) aparece Numero de cartão de credito invalido

e ja tentei 3 cartões todos MasterCard e nao tenho da visa

gostaria muito de saber qual o motivo desse problema

É, estou com o mesmo problema. Após contato (3) com o suporte XBOX Brasil, o ultimo pediu diretamente os dados do cartao para inserir via o sistema dele e ele mesmo nao conseguiu, mesmo o cartao sendo Internacional. Assumiu problemas e nada pode fazer. VERGONHOSO

eu tambem estou com mesmo problema, o suporte me pediu para entrar em contato com o banco e la me falaram que esta tudo ok, inclusive o teste no valor de R$4,00 que o site executa para poder fechar a comp[ra havia sido autorizado normalmente.
