Can't sign in on my xbox ackount

Last weeked i was my e-mail hacked by a hacker. 3 Days later i toke my ackount back.

Bud when i was trying to login my xbox acount its say's;

YOUR XBOX LIVE MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION ISN'T VALID. PLEASE USE A PROFILE THAT CONTAINS A VALID MEMBERSHIP OR RECOVER YOUR PROFILE FROM XBOX LIVE. 

So i can't sign in can some one help me with this problem? (SORRY FOR BAD ENGLISH)

Vorige week was mijn email gehackt. 3 Dagen later had ik hem terug gehaald.

Op het moment dat ik in wil loggen staat er;

Dus ik kan niet inloggen. Kan iemand uitleggen waarom en hoe ik het kan maken. Alvast Bedankt.

On your console, or here, go to Account Management and make sure everything is as you entered it. You should call support for your region and have them do an Unauthorized Access Investigation. They may also be able to tell you why you can't get on XBL as well.
