CAN'T REMOVE CREDIT DETAILS

I CANT REMOVE AN OLD CREDIT CARD TO USE MY NEW ONE

 

IT KEEPS ON SAYING ''YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO A PROBLEM WITH YOUR PAYMENT OPTION PLEASE UASE A DIFFERNT PAYMENT OPTION OR UPDATE YOUR CURRENT INFO IN ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT''

 

SO I THEN GO ANS CHANGE MY ACCOUNT DETAILS TO THE NEW CARD BUT ITS STILL NOT WORKING AND WHEN I TRY TO GET TO TH E''MANAGE PAYMENT OPTIONS PAGE'' IT JUST COMES UP WITH AN ERROR PAGE SAYING I ''FOUND A GLITCH IN THEIR SYSTEM'' AND ''THAT SHOULDNT OF HAD HAPPENED''

 

ANYONE ELSE GOT THIS AND HOW CAN I FIX IT?

 

SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS THEY WONT TURN OFF AND I COULDNT BE BOTHERED HOLDING DOWN THE SHIFT BUTTON TO TYPE ALL THAT OUT O_O

Call xbox support they should be able to remove it

ugh what! how much will THAT cost me, according to 3 hours of internet searching i should be able to just remove my card details from the Edit Billing page on the website........ every time i do that the website tells me theres an error with the page and i found a glitch, whats wrong with this website? this isnt the firt time ive not been able to get onto a page on xbox.com

If you payment method is attached to a current Gold promo, you cannot remove it outright. You would need to add another payment method to take its place, or wait for the subscription to run out. If you just want to wait it out, you should call phone support (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx) to turn off auto-renewal.

ive tried adding another payment method too, it doesnt work, and im sure my subs already ran out too ='c
