Account Gamerscore Reset

Hi, I have been having the worst trouble with gamerscore lately. I called the Xbox support number and they said to come to forums. Somebody hacked into my account, took a transfer cable, and modded my gamerscore. Resulting in the enforcement team resetting my gamerscore. Now i cant even gain the achievements back, and that kind of frustrates me. It only lets me have the gamerscore for games that were not modded in the process, which is not going to keep me content. I had over 8000 points in gamerscore! Im not asking for much, I dont want you to find the kid and ban him or anything, I just want the enforcement team to let me gain achievements again, and to take the "Cheater" status off my gamertag. My gamertag is: DTGxCr4cKEaTeR. Thank you so much for your time, and some of the games that I am not able to gain gamerscore on are: COD World at War, Halo Reach, Mw2, Halo 3, Wet, Red Dead Redemption, Call of Duty 4, GTA 4, Trials HD, Guitar Hero 2, Godfather 2, Call of duty Classic, Halo ODST, and Guitar Hero 5.
