I have accidentally uninstallled 'Intel Control Center' from my computer. Do I need it

I have accidentally uninstallled 'Intel Control Center' from my computer.
Do I need it it?
How can I put it back as it was?

I just clicked on it to see what it was/did and a message came up telling me I had successfully uninstalled it... Duh!

Hi,

I just did the same thing I accidentally removed intel control centre 1.2.1.1011. Im on Windows 8 and have tried to install the control centre from the intel site but its telling me that its the wrong platform of something like that.

Any help would be appreciated.
